Amazon Certified was a program that helped customers easily identify products that were compatible with Amazon’s various technology offerings. This certification represented a promise of quality to our customers. This program was ultimately designed to help customers quickly 1) identify purchasing options, 2) reduce time spent comparing items, and 3) consider new products in the Amazon technology ecosystem.
As the lead user experience designer, I crafted the end-to-end design of the Amazon Certified program experience. I partnered with multiple engineering, design, and product teams to bring this vision to life.
As the primary user researcher, I conducted a multitude of studies that included feature usability testing, baseline program analysis, naming convention studies, and overall program comprehension.
