Through the Amazon Store Card and Amazon Visa Rewards Card, customers can make purchases using promotional offers (special financing, equal pay financing, or cash back).
My role
As the user experience designer, I crafted the end-to-end design of the Amazon Store Card promotional financing experience for the sale of physical products. I partnered with multiple engineering, design, product, and legal teams to bring this vision to life. In other related initiatives, I also managed the design of cross-program compatibility between various financing instruments and offers.
As the primary user researcher, I conducted a multitude of studies that included feature usability testing, end-to-end shop along studies, taxonomy, and overall program comprehension.
